From 2016 to the present I’ve worked as a writer, editor, and content strategist with Airbnb. Past projects range from an SEO family travel content hub to brand guidelines and internal marketing campaigns. Here are a few highlights from my recent tenure.

Content Director, SEO TRavel hub

SEO GROWTH In 2023/2024 I worked with the Growth Marketing team at Airbnb as the content strategist on an SEO editorial hub around family travel. I directed a team of writers on crafting 40+ articles on the subject, creating useful, on-brand, and SEO targeted content. We also utilized generative AI to craft FAQ content for thousands of destination pages. The following is a selection of the articles and content hub pages.

FAQ/GENERATIVE AI I oversaw the editorial iteration and review of ChatGPT-generated FAQ content, which now populates this FAQ module on thousands of destination pages.

 

BRAND GUIDELINES In 2022/23 I wrote the Internal Brand Playbook for Airbnb, an in-depth exploration of and guideline to the company’s internal brand expression.
